Responsibilities:
Managing a portfolio of 100
Global Business Travel Clients
Responsible for Billing functions like Profiling, Settlements, Invoicing, A/R, Collections, and Reporting
Reviewing client contracts and profile to make certain the billing setup is correct
Analyzing financial data to create trending, profitability and P&L; analysis, including variance and root cause analysis
Consulting and collaborating with Client Managers, Global Billing and off-shore support teams to expedite research related to Client Billing questions
Partnering with diverse groups like Client Management, Service Delivery Network, Technology, Finance, Controllership to meet joint priorities
Offer of employment with American Express is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background verification check, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
## Qualifications
2-5 years of financial/analytical/business experience required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Preferred
MBA equivalent preferred
Strong people relationship skills in order to build effective partnerships
Results driven, strong leadership skills to lead and influence without direct authority, and operate independently
Exceptional organizational skills, financial acumen, analytical skills and experience with Travel and/or American Express processes/tools/systems like Oracle, Amadeus, Sabre and Billing software
Knowledge of travel industry & economics a plus
Intermediate-to-Advanced MS Office skills including Powerpoint, Access and Excel (Advanced desired)
