The purpose of this job is to provide administrative services and handle confidential matters for the Chief Risk Officer in order to relieve as much detail work as possible on a day-to-day basis.
Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, screen telephone calls and answer routine mail
Assist Department Managers reporting to the Executive regarding personnel issues
Assist Department Managers due to overloaded assistants or absence
Prepare correspondence and Board minutes for the Board Enterprise Risk Committee
Review expense requisitions incurred by departments reporting to the Executive and prepare requisitions for expenses incurred by the Executive
Handle travel arrangements for the Executive
Prepare organizational charts for departments under the Executive Monitor the Operational Budgets for Chief Risk Department and Senior Risk Officers
Monitor the Operational Budgets for Chief Risk Department and Senior Risk Officers
Ability to coordinate a variety of administrative functions efficiently
Correct English usage, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and vocabulary
Communication skills
Time management principles to prioritize workload
Ability to work independently
Detail Oriented
Typing - 40 wpm (test)

Junior college/two-year college training or equivalent experience
