WAPT-TV Hearst Television's ABC affiliate in Jackson, MS has an opening for a PT Production Tech. This position will operate Teleprompter and Camera on Newscasts
Responsibilities:Job
Responsibilities:
o Prepares studio for newscast and make sure cameras/prompter are ready for shows.
o Makes sure studio lights are functioning before newscasts. Replaces lamp or alerts director if lamp needs to be replaced in studio lights.
o Floor director when operating camera.
Requirements:Qualification Requirements:
o Experience with Studio camera or teleprompter
Education:Education:
o College diploma, High school diploma and or 2 year experience in the broadcast field
