Customer service work involving licensing and registration activities in a state agency.
Applicants are expected to perform a variety of administrative and customer service duties related to hunting, fishing, and specialized licenses and boat registration and titling.
Work involves considerable public contact and is performed in accordance with established regulations, procedures, and administrative directors.
Work consist of assisting the public with purchasing and renewing hunting, fishing, specialized licenses and boat registrations and titles in person and over the phone.
Auditing data, forms, accounts/sales transaction and test for compliance.
Assisting in compiling investigative reports for agency accountability and administration.
Compiling and maintaining daily and fiscal records of various transactions.
Performing routine data entry and other supporting activities including creating, scanning, sorting, copying, distributing, and/or filing documents.
Verifying deposits of money received for license and registration fees and balances of transactions.
Processing public request for hunting, fishing and boating information and documents.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the database - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Follow company policies and procedures to deliver consistent service Skills:
