In this role, you will be responsible for answering customer queries, documenting information for claims, and providing customers with detailed information about their policies/quotes.
You will also be a direct assistant to the sales agents to help them with various tasks.

Learning and understanding company insurance companies we work with.
Answering calls and responding to customer claims.
Accessing customer accounts and policy schedules.
Providing customers with detailed information about policies and products.
Rating and quoting personal insurance coverages Taking customer payments Serving as a direct assistant to the sales agents Typing up claim reports and certificates of insurance.
Insurance CSR Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Previous experience working as a customer service representative In-depth knowledge of personal lines insurance is a plus Friendly and professional demeanor.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of database software.
High-level typing skills.
Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
Ability to explain detailed policy concepts in a simple way.
