As part of our close-knit group, you'll engage in exciting automation projects for a diverse clientele.
Your responsibilities will include:
Communicating with manufacturing customers to understand their automation needs Troubleshooting and integrating PLCs, HMIs, PC controls, motion systems, and more Providing support during the assembly of systems and equipment Collaborating with maintenance on various electro-mechanical issues To be considered for this position, you should have:
A two-year degree Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems Self-directed with the ability to lead projects Willingness to travel as required to meet customer needs Begin a rewarding career journey with us, where learning, growth, and contribution are celebrated! Assembling technical specifications and technical reports Provide technical support to customers Provide technical support for completion of technical proposals Provide technical support at customer site Provide technical support for product demos Resolving technical product or operational issues Providing technical support in area Providing technical customer and plant support Provide service and technical assistance Delivering excellent technical & non-technical support throughout the company Create and develop technical reports Bringing innovative technical solutions to market Develop technical relationships, and understand technical needs Write technical reports and papers as needed based on customer samples and technical product analysis Provide technical assistance related to product specifications Modify product configurations to meet technical customer needs Develop solutions to complex technical requirements or issues Provide technical review of development designs Provide technical leadership to staff Troubleshoot technical issues and support custom coded software Recommended Skills Assembly And Installation Automation Communication Customer Demand Planning Leadership Maintenance Apply to this job.
