RN Clinical Coordinator - Operating Room-Full Time-Day Shift
Reports to the Director of Surgical Services. Responsible for the daily operations and services of the unit. Coordinates all surgeries and assignments of personnel. Ensures resources are available for day to day operations. Ensure productivity within the OR by controlling staff. Ensure clear expectations are shared with staff and doctors to maintain 2-way communication. Administers positive and negative discipline as required.
Graduate of a nursing program and RN license required. Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience in specialty area of unit. Charge, supervisory and/or management experience is preferred. Demonstrated initiative, leadership abilities, and training/coaching methodologies throughout diverse professional groups. Must possess good oral and written communication skills and promotes collaborative patient care environment.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
