We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lawn Care Specialist to join our team.
As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of lawns and gardens for our clients.
This is a Part-time/ Full-Time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Duties:
- Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, trimming, and Landscaping - Assist with hardscape projects, including walkways, and retaining walls - Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the overall landscape - Maintain garden beds by weeding, mulching, and pruning as needed - Operate and maintain various types of landscaping equipment and tools - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of projects - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns Skills:
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and practices - Proficiency in lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming - Mechanical knowledge to operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively - Familiarity with hardscape installation techniques - Ability to dig, build, and create attractive outdoor spaces - Knowledge of groundskeeping practices for maintaining healthy lawns and gardens -Ability to work independently or as part of a team -Be able to work in a physically demanding environment outdoors.
-Ability to lift 50lbs or more on a daily basis.
-1099 Based Reliable transportation needed to get to meet up places Pay is based on Experience.
1-2 day orientation required.
To teach Employees about safety and handling of Equipment Education:
