Opening with our manufacturing client for a Supply Chain Analyst.
In this role, you will be responsible for the procurement of direct materials as assigned and maintain the desired inventory levels.
ResponsibilitiesResponsible for overall supplier on time delivery, quality and cost requirements.
Manage key suppliers (order confirmations, expedites, cancellations, push outs, ramp up/down activities).
Perform inventory projections/forecast distribution to suppliers.
Ensure any inventory discrepancies are fixed in order to avoid material stoppages.
Provide information to customer order, product availability and lead time.
Manage supplier invoice reconciliation process.
Maintain an atmosphere of continuous improvement and team efforts for accomplishing department and plant goals.
Maintain purchase parameters in the systems (pricing, lead times, min buy quantities, etc.
).
Maintain purchasing records in the system (quantities, promise dates, order status, etc.
).
RequirementsBachelors Degree1 to 3 years experience in a similar supply chain planning roleUnderstanding of supply chain planning, inventory control, purchasing, logistics, warehouse operations (shipping/receiving).
Knowledge of logistics and/or inventory principles a plusAbility to work independently to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload.
Excellent communications skills.
Microsoft Office knowledge.
Order management and customer service experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
