Responsibilities:

Develop a long-term strategic vision and strategy for the Early Intervention business to continue to extend market leadership position
Own clinical evidence generation strategy for pipeline and launched assets with the health economics and market access teams
Lead the Clinical evidence-generation strategy and collaborate with platform marketing teams and develop innovative ways to increase market share
Leading development and execution of brand plans including staying current on market dynamics to ensure strategic and tactical marketing plans meet business needs
Serve as marketing lead for any integration/ mergers and acquisition work related to the area of biologics and biomaterials expertise
Lead new product development in collaboration with R&D, business case/market model creation, and maintain innovation pipeline
Support creative content development and analytics needs for assigned portfolio areas
Works effectively with external agencies and across the internal organization.

Balance long-term initiatives with short-term, quick-delivery projects
Perform administrative work, including ensuring account documentation, compliance training requirements, and expense reportingThe anticipated base pay range for this position is $113,000 to $170,000.
Qualifications
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree required
A minimum of 8 years of business experience, preferrable in the medical device industry with a minimum of 2 years leading a team or individuals
An understanding of the orthopedic specialty and the relevant clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
Proven knowledge of marketing proficiencies (brand marketing, customer segmentation, marketing communications)
Experience capturing and applying market analytics and data in business and strategic modeling
Strong oral and written communication skills, partnership, prioritization, project management and organizational influence
Excellent interpersonal skills with emphasis on leadership & customer communication, relationship development and influence management.

This position is remote and may require up to 25% travel.

An advanced degree is desired
