Summary:
The purpose of this job is to manage various projects that support the objectives of Wealth Management Division and provide data analytics for all levels of management to better manage the Division as well as support the Wealth Management Strategic Initiatives & Administrative Manager.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a project manager and in other supporting project roles for ongoing strategic projects within Wealth Management.
These roles could include a review of processes, procedures, and technological capabilities in an effort to streamline and minimize human errors together with coordinating and implementing the necessary changes and processes for new regulatory requirements.
Support Administrative Responsibilities of the division including, but not limited to business performance reporting and analytics.
Use data management to design, develop, and deploy predictive solutions using appropriate statistical, data mining, or machine learning techniques.
Build enhanced processes which contribute to line of business efficiency.
Liaise with Enterprise Information Systems and IT departments as needed to ensure cohesive, repeatable reporting is achieved.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's Degree in a business-related or computer science related field.
Minimum three years' experience creating reports and data visualization solutions to business challenges.
Minimum one year of project management experience.
Must be able to demonstrate an advanced level of financial technological knowledge and/or experience in data analysis.
Excellent time management skills with a detail-oriented diligence given toward tasks Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to communicate intelligently with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
Must exhibit strong internal leadership and is accountable for effective internal communication and direction amongst the Wealth Management Division associates Preferred:
Experience with SEI Wealth Platform or other trust accounting/investment management platform Project Management certification Strong business background and project management expertise Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screens.
