Responsibilities:
Oversee all financial accounting and reporting functions of the organization specializing in Real Estate Development and Management.
Manage and reconcile balance sheet accounts Prepare and analyze financial statements; Communicate with Investors and partners Conduct account analysis and ensure accuracy of financial data Collaborate with internal development teams to provide financial information and support decision-making Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures Reconcile Bank Statements Assist with Year End Audits and Compliance requirements Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and standards Provide supervision and training to accounts payable clerks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - Proven experience in financial management, accounting, and analysis - Excellent analytical skills with acute attention to detail - Ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders - Experience with Real Estate is a plus.
