The Administrative Assistant will help the staff and volunteers of Mission First provide pro bono legal assistance to those who qualify for our services.
The position will be 25-30 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
Assist with scheduling and appointments Answer phones and manage mailing Ensure files are accurately opened, managed, and closed Help ensure clients receive appropriate services Maintain records relating to clients and office management Perform clerical duties, including drafting and reviewing documents Communicate with staff, volunteers, court staff, and other service providers Perform other tasks as directed by the Executive Director or Legal Aid Office Director Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Commitment to the vision of Mission First and a desire to serve others Professionalism Collaboration and cooperation Organization and attention to detail Communication Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, and ability to learn case management program Background/
Experience:
College degree preferred Two years plus of experience in a professional office setting preferred Compensation:
