8K a year 18 hours ago 18 hours ago 18 hours ago Marketing E-Services is looking for an E-Support Specialist who will serve as a technical support member for our field force by assisting agents with all Marketing customer facing technologies, such as E-Applications, E-Delivery, Illustrations, Leads, and others.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business or related field.
Successful completion of the Wonderlic Test Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Strong analytical and problem solving skills Good communication skills, both oral and written Ability to work with others in a team environment Prioritization skills and flexibility to reprioritize tasks when appropriate Responsibilities Provide answers to questions and concerns from the Field Force and assist them with any issues associated with electronic systems and applications.
Maintain and monitor system performance and integrity.
Report any issues to the appropriate team (external or internal) in a timely manner and follow through until the issue is resolved.
Build knowledge of application systems and procedures to form an appropriate email, Bug, or User Story in DevOps for defining, testing, and documenting issues or requests.
Learn to research and identify problems or potential enhancement opportunities for any E-System Learn to efficiently and effectively research, develop, test and coordinate application systems, procedures and workflows.
Document and maintain a record of all changes made to existing systems.
Maintain awareness of any E-System project initiatives or development.
Participate in preparing and presenting lessons when new electronic systems and capabilities impact certain internal departmental areas.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
