This job will require on-site work split between three locations (45% Memphis TN, 45% Jackson TN, 10% Savannah TN).
The Opportunity:
We are on the hunt for a self-motivated and mechanically or technically savvy individual to join us as a Facility Manager over our West Tennessee region.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives on independence and is eager to take full ownership of their role.
You will be the go-to for three different entertainment centers to ensure our facilities operate smoothly, guaranteeing that our guests enjoy a safe and fun environment.
Your Role:
Maintenance Mastery:
You will be the go-to expert for maintaining and repairing a wide range of equipment, from the latest arcade games to traditional bowling alleys and roller rinks.
Your technical prowess will keep the fun going, ensuring all our games and facilities are in tip-top condition.
Autonomous Leadership:
With significant autonomy, you'll manage maintenance schedules, troubleshoot issues, and execute repairs across all three locations.
You won't have a team, so your ability to work independently and make decisive actions is crucial.
Learning and Adaptation:
The entertainment landscape is always evolving, and so will you.
Be prepared to rapidly learn the ins and outs of new games and technology, continually expanding your skill set to meet the needs of our facilities.
What We're Looking For:
A problem-solver with a strong mechanical or technical background, capable of understanding and fixing complex systems.
Someone who loves to learn and can quickly adapt to new challenges, with the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A commitment to delivering high-quality work and maintaining our facilities to the highest standard.
Experience in maintenance, particularly in an entertainment, arcade, or leisure facility, is highly desirable but not mandatory.
Your willingness to learn and take on new challenges is what truly matters.
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent One to three years of challenging work experience Mechanically or technically savvy Facility or maintenance work experience Ability to work 45 hours per week, including some weekends as needed Compensation $50,000 - 60,000 DOE Perks and Benefits Free Skating
