Duties include making mobile inspections in company provided vehicles of company employees at various client facilities located primarily in the Jackson metro area to ensure presence, uniform dress code & ability to perform their shift duties.
Field Supervisor will additionally have office desk responsibilities in our main facility to prepare shift reports, assist in scheduling & H/R functions, as well as other various clerical duties when not on mobile inspections.
This is a salaried position with work hours consisting of 8 hour shifts (30 min.
personal/meal break) per day, five days a week (40 hours per week base schedule).
Exact schedule (days, evening and night shifts, etc) to be determined based on numerous factors; we operate 24/7 availability within that is necessary.
You will be expected to work your entire shifts from start to ending time either on-site at our accounts, travel between or in our main office, transferring shift information with your team member that you are relieving at the start of your shift, as well as handing off to your relief.
This is a key central staff position & you be working directly with & receiving support from our entire field supervision & management staff daily.
Pendleton Security operations continue 24 hours a day, seven days per week.
You will be working on a team of our field supervision staff who cover the entire week together.
Your permanent schedule (days/times) will be discussed with you & mutually agreed upon prior to hire, and will be a set fixed regular schedule.
Responsibilities of back-up duty or on-call are set in the scheduling structure & if you are required to work during those pre-determined times (which will likely be rare).
Company provides all necessary equipment such as vehicles & expenses, individual cell phones, uniforms & other items for this position.
