Requires:
Periodic review of sales performance for each member of sales team
Generation of new business ventures and strategic business planning for stremlined implementation
Sales assistance as needed to close deals and improve customer relationships or customer satisfaction
Regular analysis of business processes and competitor activities
Manager must possess 5
years of direct outside industrial sales experience in compressed air industry or other similar industry. Must also be a proven team leader with demonstrated proficiency in planning, organizing, and prioritizing.
