Our client company, a worldwide leader in the manufacturing industry and Fortune 500 Company, is currently interviewing for a Controls Engineer. This position will be responsible for the following:
Design and implementing modifications to existing electrical system which includes robotics, automation equipment and CNC machines. Ensures projects are completed within budget and on schedule
Coordinates and supervises major maintenance, emergency repairs, and corrective actions on equipment and facilities
Maintains necessary records and documentation, preparing management reports as necessary
Implement and maintain computerized PLC and CNC
Provide maintenance supervision support as needed
Continuous improvement working with IT department and integrated process monitoring systems
Maintains up-to date machine design documentation for all machines
Reviews engineering designs for manufacturing feasibility and recommends changes as necessary
Prepare, manage and implement capital budget projects. Support Six Sigma projects
Work effectively in a high performance team based environment
Requirements &
Qualifications:
BSEE or equivalent Technical degree
Minimum 5 years related experience
Ability to manage multiple projects with the flexibility to adapt to conflicting requirements
PLC programming using Siemens Step-7 and WinCCFlex
HMI programming
Demonstrated ability to create and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics and ladder diagrams, function block diagrams to effectively troubleshoot systems
Exceptional computer literacy. Microsoft and AutoCAD desired
Hands on experience with equipment controls.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
