The purpose of this job is to lead the development of Portal based solutions which will include identifying and defining enhancements for the enterprise portal based solutions. This job will be required to understand, analyze, plan, and implement complex solutions that meet the needs of the Trustmark business community.
Creates new development procedures
Work closely with business units or Team Manager to implement new or enhanced Portal solutions, maintain Websphere Portal applications, and provide operational support
Initiate new projects/solutions by analyzing, planning and determining business needs
Investigate new Websphere Portal, J2EE, Java etc technologies
Responsible for setup, configuration, and support of Websphere Portal or other enterprise servers
Experience in developing and maintaining IBM Websphere Portal and J2EE applications
Knowledge of SQL and database design
Knowledge of client / server networks.
Knowledge of HTML, Javascript, AJAX, XML
Experience in development of themes, skins, portlets and WCM development and customization
Knowledge of Lotus Domino platform and SSO authentication
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Good time management in order to prioritize and maintain workload
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
Advanced computer skills
BS degree required
4 plus years' experience developing IBM Websphere Portal solutions

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
