Management of Regional Managers and Construction/Maintenance Supervisors
Design, construction and renovation of facilities
Coordinate and oversee Governmental and Regulatory compliance, safety program and OSHA Compliance as it relates to facilities
Develop projects list, prioritize capital projects and oversee completion of projects
Responsible for the proper implementation and installation of all corporate signage and branch merchandising products
Negotiate transactions with developers and contractors
Meets with department heads about space issues, work flow, relocation, alteration, or remodeling, and supervise the preparation of working drawing and plans
Control expenditures and approve payments for goods and services within authority; makes recommendations to higher management on matters exceeding that authority
Knowledge of plan development and value engineering processes
Knowledge of Government guidelines and standards as they apply to workplace and job site safety
