This corporate account includes one small caf serving breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday along with catering for a building population of around 650. Candidates with a strong culinary background / education will be highly preferred. The General Manager will be responsible for cash controls, payroll records and budgeting for this subsidized account. Excellent communication and client relationship skills are a must. Strong business acumen as well as comprehensive food and beverage knowledge required.
