Benefits Coordinator
Position is with a prominent national company with an impressive growth record. Will be accountable for responding to employee inquiries regarding enrollment and use of the fringe benefits offered by the company, to include medical, dental, flex spending, 401(k), disability, and COBRA. This person will generate reports to facilitate payments to carriers and administrators and serve as customer service rep. when employees or dependents have fringe benefit related questions. Experience with Human Resources Information System type software is strongly preferred. Experience with SAP software is helpful. Must have solid work experience in the benefits area. Salary range is $45,000-55,000 depending on depth of experience. Relocation assistance is not provided. Local candidates only preferred.
